Section 1 in The Assam Debt Conciliation Act, 1936
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Assam Debt Conciliation Act, 1936.(2)It extends to the whole of Assam.(3)It shall come into force in any area on such date as the State Government may, by notification, direct.
