Section 1 in Chhattisgarh Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011
1. Short title and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Chhattisgarh Legal Metrology (Enforcement) Rules, 2011.(2)They extend to the whole of Chhattisgarh.(3)They shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of these rules.
