(2)The registering officer shall satisfy himself that the document has been properly scanned following the procedure laid down by the Inspector General in this behalf. Thereupon, the following certificate shall be affixed on the reverse of the stamp paper used for writing the document, below the certificate of registration:Certificate of ScanningThe document has been scanned with the Identification Number ..........Signature of Registering Officer
