Section 83(1) in Life Insurance Corporation of India (Staff) Rules, 1960
(1)The Corporation may, subject to such conditions as may be laid down by [the Board] from time to time, grant travel allowance to its employees for travel to home-town during leave. Provided that the aforesaid allowance for travel during leave to any place other than home town may be availed by the employees, subject to such conditions as may be specified by the Corporation.]
