Section 13A(1) in Andhra Pradesh Lokayukta Act, 1983
(1)In case any complaint made is found malicious, vexatious or false, the Lokayukta or Upa-Lokayukta may impose suitable costs against the complainant and the same shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue.
