Section 68(2)(b) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009

(b)issue a service certificate to each of such building worker in Form-XX to such building workers on termination of his service on account of completion of such work or for any other reasons;
