Section 2(a) in Cardamom (Licensing and Marketing) Rules, 1987
(a)"Act" means the Spices Board Act, 1986;(aa)[ "auction" means a system of conducting sale of cardamom through the platform provided and approved by the Spices Board and includes manual auction, e-auction and online auction;] [Inserted by Notification No. G.S.R. 816(E), dated 18.11.2014 (w.e.f 26.2.1987).]
