Section 4(4) in Andhra Pradesh Works of Licensees Rules, 2007
(4)If the works authority disapproves of such works, section o plan giving reasons for disapproval, or approves thereof subject to amendment, he may, within (15) days after the service of the notice under sub-rule (1) of Rule 5, serve a requisition upon the licensee demanding that any question in relation to the works or to compensation, or to the obligations of the works authority to others in respect thereof, shall be determined, unless settled by agreement, by the Commission.
