Section 8 in Karnataka Debt Relief Act, 2018

8. Legal practitioners not to appear.

- No legal practitioner shall be allowed to appear in any proceeding under this Act before the Debt Relief Officer.Explanation. - In this Section the expression "Legal practitioner" shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 2 of the Advocates Act, 1961 (Central Act 25 of 1961).
