Section 18 in Arunachal Pradesh (Land Settlement and Records) Act, 2000
18. Remission or suspension of revenue on failure of crops.
- The Government may, in accordance with the rules made in this behalf under this Act, grant a remission or suspension of land revenue in such year or years in which crops have failed in any particular notified area.
