Section 8(1) in Bihar Police Sub-ordinate Services Commission Rules, 2017
(1)The Business mentioned in Schedule-1 of these Rules shall be executed by the Chairman and the Members of the Commission. Likewise, the business mentioned in Schedule-2 shall be executed by the Chairman of the Commission.
