Section 35(3)(ii) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 1999

(ii)In case of such local inquiry a memorandum of the results of the local in quiry made shall be prepared and shall be signed by the applicant, the Officer or person designated for the purpose and such other person as the Commission may direct.
