Section 105(5) in West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules, 2011
(5)While calculating the vacancies to be filled up, all Co-operative societies shall give due consideration to the principles regarding absorption of casual and seasonal workers as enunciated by the Labour Department of the State Government.
