126. Power to inspect stables, etc. and to summon persons liable to the payment of the fee.
- The Board, 'or any person authorized by them in that behalf, may at any time between sunrise and sunset enter and inspect any stable or coach-house, or any place wherein they may have been reasons to believe that there is any cart, carriages or animal liable to the license fee for which a license has not beer duly taken out.And the Board may summon any person whom they have reasons to believe to be liable to the payment of any such fee or any servant of such person, and may examine such person or servant as to the number and description of the carts, carriages and animals in respect of which such person is liable to pay license fees.
