Section 32S(i) in The Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948
(i)`certified landlord' means a person who holds a certificate issued to him under sub-section (4) of section 88C; [but does not include a landlord within the meaning of Chapter III-AA holding a similar certificate] [These words, figures and letters were inserted by Gujarat 24 of 1965, section 6.]; and
