Section 34(2)(aa) in The Dentists Act, 1948

(aa)the State Council may, during the period of two years immediately after the commencement of the Dentists (Amendment) Act, 1972 (42 of 1972), permit, for sufficient reasons, the registration in the State register of any displaced person or a repatriate who does not hold any recognised dental qualification but has been actually practising the profession of dentistry as his principal means of livelihood from a date prior to the 29th day of March, 1948.
