WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Smt. J. PARVATHI presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the. circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction or writ, more particularly to issue Writ of Prohibition restraining the Respondents and their men from issuing and_ allotting landless poor pattas in an extent of Ac.0.50 cents of Revenue Double Bullock-cart puntha Poramboke land out of the full extent of Ac.1-74 cents in RS No.125 of Kontheru Revenue Village adjacent to the West and North of the petitioner zeroity wet and dry land in an extent of Ac.4.69 cents in RS No.130-2a-3 and Ac.0.32 cents in RS No.130- 1B tital Ac.5.01 cents of Kontheru Revenue Village situated at Adavipalem Village Panchayat area, Ellamanchilli Mandal of West Godavari Districet.
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Smt J. PARVATH! Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.

- OD are directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an Advocate as to why in the circumstances set out in the petition and the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted. The Court made the following: ORDER Notice before admission, returnable in four (04) weeks. As per the record, an extent of Ac.0.50 cents in RS No.125 of Kontheru Revenue Village, West Godavari District is classified as puntha poramboke land. An identical issue arises before this Court in WP No.4505 of 2020 and this Court disposed of the same on 26.02.2020 in terms of orders dated 04.02.2020 passed in W.P. No.1065 of 2020.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader requested time to file a counter in this matter, even though the matter is squarely covered by earlier orders in WP No.1065 of 2020.
