Section 16(5) in The Maharashtra University of Health Sciences Act, 1998
(5)It shall be the duty of the Vice-Chancellor to ensure Chat the provisions of the Act, Statutes, Ordinances, Rules and Regulations are strictly observed and that the decisions of the authorities, bodies and committees which are not inconsistent with the Act, Statutes, Ordinances, Rules or Regulations are properly implemented.
