As prayed for by Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioner, since the prayer is made on behalf of two students, for publication of their results, he will make necessary amendment to bring those two students as petitioners on record, represented through their legal guardians.

Prayer is allowed.

Mr. S.B. Jena, learned counsel appearing for opposite party no.2- Controller of Examinations, Council of Higher Secondary Education submits that since the Controller of Examinations is out of State, he will require further two weeks time to file counter affidavit. Time as sought for is granted.

In case any counter affidavit is filed, the same shall be RJ served on Mr. Sarangi, learned counsel for the petitioner, who shall file reply.
