Section 16(3) in The Government Of Union Territories Act, 1963
(3)In other respects, the powers, privileges and immunities of the Legislative Assembly of [the Union territory] [Substituted by Act 18 of 1987, Section 65 (w.e.f. 30-5-1987)] and of the members and the committees thereof shall be such as are for the time being enjoyed by the House of the People and its members and committees.
