Section 2(f) in Talcher Thermal Power Station (Acquisition and Transfer) Act, 1994
(f)words and expression used herein but not defined in this Act and defined in the Indian Electricity Act, 1910 or the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1948 shall have the meaning respectively assigned to them in those Acts.
