AIRLINES (PENALTY FOR DELAYS) BILL* SHRI KASHIRAM RANA (SURAT): I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to provide for imposition of penalty on the airline companies for cancellation/delay in operations of their schedule services and for matters connected therewith. MR. DEPUTY-SPEAKER: The question is:
"That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to provide for imposition of penalty on the airline companies for cancellation/delay in operations of their schedule services and for matters connected therewith. "
