Section 1(3)(b) in Bihar Inland Vessels Rules, 2013

(b)Nothing in this para shall apply to any Inland vessel proceeding on a voyage during the interval between the time at which her certificate of survey expires and the time at which it is first practicable to have the certificate renewed.
