Section 9(1) in The Rajasthan Zamindari and Biswedari Abolition Act, 1959
(1)If any dispute or question arises with respect to any matter specified in Section 5 or Section 6 Section 7, such dispute or question shall be referred to the Collector of the district in which the estate vesting in the State Government by virtue of a notification under Section 4 is situate.
