Section 8 in Bihar State Regulation of Cold Storage Licensing Rules, 1993
8. Period of Licence.
- Licence granted under sub-section (1) of Section 6 shall be valid for one calendar year and the period shall expire on the 31st day of coming December from the date the licence is granted.
