. The learned A.G.P. on instructions submits that the validation proceeding would be decided within a period of three (03) months.
2. The Coram has now changed. The matter will have to be re-heard.
3. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 09.04.2021. The committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
4. The impugned notice is quashed and set aside.
