(3)The ex-officio members shall be-(i)The District Inspectress;(ii)A member of the inspecting staff for boys' schools to be designated by the Regional Deputy Director of Education. The District Inspectress shall be Secretary to the committee appointed for each school situated at her headquarters, and for other schools the officer designated by the Regional Deputy Director of Education. In the absence of. the President one of the members present shall be elected to preside.
