- A person contravening the provision of these rules shall be punishable, in the case of a first offence, with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees and in the case of any subsequent offence, with a fine which may extend to one thousand rupees.[Substituted by Notification No. 2426/XXXVI-3-5(B)- 89, dated 14th July, 1992, published in U.P.
