21. Operation of the Trust Fund.
- The Trust Fund shall be kept in one or more scheduled commercial Banks approved by the Reserve Bank of India for keeping such public funds only in the name of the Trust and all accounts shall be operated under the joint signatures of the Chairperson of the Managing Committee and the Member-Secretary of the Managing Committee. The Managing Committee of the Trust shall maintain the books of accounts of this Fund. This account shall be maintained separately from the Contribution Fund.
