Section 8(2) in Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Commodities Dealers (Licensing, Storage and Regulation) Order, 2016
(2)Notwithstanding any thing contained in sub-clause (1) above where a licensee has been convicted by a court of law in respect of contravention of any Order made under Section 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (Central Act 10 of 1955) relating to any of the commodities mentioned in Schedule-I to this Order, the Licensing Authority shall by order in writing cancel his licence.Provided that where such conviction is set aside in any appeal or revision, the Licensing Authority may, on application, in Form-`A' by the person whose licence has been cancelled, re-issue the licence to such person.
