Section 18(1) in U.P. Inspectors of Drugs Service Rules, 1980
(1)Before a candidate is finally approved for appointment to any post in the Service, he shall be required to submit a detailed declaration about his share or interest in the manufacture, purchase and sale (including import and export) of any drug in Uttar Pradesh.
