Section 61(1) in Tamil Nadu Public Trusts (Regulation of Administration of Agricultural Lands) Act, 1961
(1)All rules made under section 59 and all orders issued under section 60 shall be published in the [Fort St. George Gazette] [Now the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.] and, unless they are expressed to come into force on a particular day, shall come into force on the day on which they are so published.
