Section 11(1) in The Bihar Irrigation Field Channels Act, 1965
(1)After the publication of the plan under Section 10 the Collector shall proceed to acquire such land under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (I of 1894), as if a declaration had been issued by the State Government for the acquisition thereof under Section 6 and the Collector had been directed under Section 7 of that Act to take order for the acquisition of such land.
