110. Contribution of Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] to State exchequer.
- The Local Development [Pradhikaran] [Substituted 'Authority' by Haryana Act No. 28 of 2019, dated 2.8.2019.] shall deposit fifty per cent of the sale proceeds of the plots, sites or developed land, sold through open auction in the State exchequer in the manner as may be prescribed.
