(13)[ The minutes of the proceedings of a meeting of the Executive Council shall be drawn up by the Registrar in consultation with the Director and after approval by the person who chaired the meeting of the Executive Council shall be circulated to all the members and be placed in the next meeting and in that next meeting or through circulation, the minutes shall be confirmed by the majority of members] [Substituted by Notification No. G.S.R. 507(E), dated 10.5.2016 (w.e.f. 18.6.2013).]
