Except as provided in the aforesaid Rules under this part the provisions regarding the filing of lists, service of estimates, deposit of costs, etc., under Part (B) of this Chapter shall apply mutatis mutandis to the provisions governing the preparation of paper-books in Letters Patent Appeals.
