Section 62(1) in The State Bank Of India (Subsidiary Banks) Act, 1959
(1)The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, [make [rules] [Substituted by Act 48 of 1973, Section 34, for certain words (w.e.f. 31-12-1973)] to provide for all matters for which provision is necessary or expedient for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act].
