76. Capital Cost.
- The normative capital cost for the biogas based power shall be Rs.1100 Lakh/MW (FY 2013-14 during first year of Control Period) and shall be linked to indexation formula as outlined under Regulation 77. After taking into account of capital subsidy net project cost shall be Rs.800Lakh/MW for FY 2013-14.
