(2)(a)The distribution under sub-section (1) shall be in accordance with such rules as may be made under this Act and subject to such conditions as may be prescribed.(b)The rules made under clause (a) may also provide for the manner of recovery of any amount due to the Government from, and the manner of evicting, the person to whom such distribution is made.
