Section 10(3) in Multi-State Co-Operative Societies (Registration, Membership, Direction & Management, Settlement of Disputes, Appeal & Revision) Rules, 1985
(3)After the change in the name is approved by the Central Registrar the Multi-State Cooperative Society shall send the original registration certificate for amendment to the Central Registrar who shall return the same to the Multi-State Co-operative society duly amended.
