Section 30 in THE ANDHRA PRADESH STATE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT, 2020
30. Protection of action taken in good faith -
No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person or anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or rules or regulation made there under.
