Section 43 in The Indian Nursing Council Regulations
43.
If at the time appointed for a meeting a quorum is not present the meeting shall not commence until a quorum is present, and if a quorum is lot present on the expiration of 30 minutes from the time appointed for he meeting or during the course of any meeting, the meeting shall stand adjourned to such future date and time as the President may appoint.
