(c)organizing and running agricultural clinics and laboratories to help farmers, in assessing soil and water qualities, quantity of organic manorial substances and fertilizers, identifying pests and diseases of crops and prescribing remedial measures, formulating and helping implementation of cropping programs suited to different soil conditions and agro-climatic factors, adopting Hi-tech farming systems in kitchen gardening, floriculture and in development of perennial plantations.
