1. Permission to file special leave petition is granted.

After hearing progressed to some length, Mr. Dama Seshadri Naidu, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Signature Not Verified petitioner - Andhra Cricket Association, seeks leave to Digitally signed by Deepak Singh Date: 2023.05.29 17:34:02 IST Reason: withdraw this petition with further liberty to move the 1 High Court for vacation/modification/variation of the stay order dated 12.05.2023.
3. In the circumstances, the Special Leave Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
4. If an application is moved before the Vacation Bench of the High Court by the petitioner for vacation/modification/variation of the stay order dated 12.05.2023, it is expected that the Court would deal with the same reasonably. All contentions are kept open.
