(3)The valid ballot papers shall thereafter be bound together and kept alongwith the bundle of rejected ballot papers in a separate packet which shall be sealed and on which the following particulars shall be recorded, namely:-(i)the name of the constituency;(ii)the particulars of the polling station where the ballot papers have been used; and(iii)the date of counting.
