Section 2(1)(i) in Jammu and Kashmir State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2013

(i)"Control Period or Review Period" means the period during which the norms for determination of tariff specified in these Regulations shall remain valid;
