- Whenever the Court releases any person or property from its superintendence, the fact of such release shall be notified in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted for the words 'Fort St. George Gazette' by the Adaptation Order of 1937.] and also in the Gazette of the district in which such property or any part thereof is situate.
