02. 1. The writ appeal filed by the Management (W.A. No.256 of 2015) as well as by the Workman (W.A. No.394 of 2016) against the same impugned order have been disposed of by the order dated 31st August, 2021 passed by this Court.
2. The present writ appeal is also disposed of in terms of the same order dated 31st August 2021. As directed therein, the parties shall appear before the Labour Court, Sambalpur on 4th October, 2021.
