34. Rules and their making.
- An authority of the University shall, subject to the approval of the Board of Management where the Rules are made by an authority other than the Board of Management, have power to make rules in respect of the matters provided by this Act, Statutes or Ordinances and for the conduct of its affairs and the affairs of the committees constituted by such authority. Such rules shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, Statutes and Ordinances.
