ORDER
1. The appellant Shri Vijay Pal, submitted RTI application dated 11.01.2014 before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), Punjab National Bank, Gohana, Sonepat seeking information regarding date of receipt of his registered letter of 2009 and action taken on the same by the Bank, attested photocopy of diary register for the period from April, 2009 to July, 2009.
2. On perusing the records, the Commission observed that the appellant's identical matter was heard by the Commission on 28.01.2015 in case No. CIC/MP/A/2014/000913 and the Commission vide its order dated 30.01.2015 the appellant was advised to send a copy of his registered letter, along with particulars of date, serial number of registry within one week of receipt of the order. The CPIO was directed to provide information to the appellant within one week of receipt of the said input from the appellant.
3. The instant matter was heard by the Commission. The appellant did not attend the hearing in spite of a notice of hearing having been sent to him. The respondents stated that the CPIO vide letter dated 02.03.2015 requested the CIC/MP/A/2014/001355 1 appellant to submit copy of his registered letter of 2009, to enable them to provide information. The appellant did not respond to CPIO's letter dated 02.03.2015.
4. Since the appellant's identical appeal had been decided by the Commission in case No. CIC/MP/A/2013/000913 vide its order dated 30.01.2015, no action is called for on the part of the Commission in the present case. The appeal is disposed of.
